The 749-website check
On 1–2 October 2026 a script I wrote read the homepages of 749 real estate businesses found on Google Maps in 26 cities. 417 of them (56%) had no ad or analytics tracking. 449 (60%) had no WhatsApp link. 354 (47%) had no form.
- Why
- I wanted real numbers on how local property businesses handle enquiries before telling anyone what to fix.
- Built with
- Python. Only the homepage was checked, so some sites may have tracking or forms on other pages.
Internal tool
Outreach tracker and CRM
Keeps every email, follow-up, call, reply and bounce for each business in one database, with a private CRM app the team uses on their phones. It shows what is due today and will not send a fourth email to the same business.
- Why
- Cold email goes wrong when you lose track. Three emails at most, and a reply or a "no" stops the sequence at once.
- Built with
- Python, Supabase and a small web app. Private, because it holds other people’s contact details.

Scheduled social posting
Posts approved Instagram and Facebook content at set times each day, and lists new comments so I can answer them myself.
- Why
- Posting on time every day is easy to miss by hand. I approve a week of posts once and they go out on schedule.
- Built with
- Python, Meta’s official API and GitHub Actions.

My personal site. Rebuilt in October 2026: 21 free guides, one folder per post, visible FAQs on every page, light and dark mode, and a check that blocks any claim I cannot prove.

- A personal site should sound like the person and only say true things.
- Built with
- Next.js static export on Vercel. Written with help from Claude Code.
