02 · Checklist
Meta ads launch checklist
Ten checks before you press Publish. The steps behind each one are in how to run Meta ads step by step.
- The landing page loads in a few seconds on mobile data and has one clear button.
- Meta pixel (or Conversions API) is installed and a test lead shows up in Events Manager.
- You picked one objective: Leads for enquiries, Sales for purchases, Traffic only for testing.
- Location, age and language match the customer you wrote down, not "everyone".
- Two or three creatives ready, each with a different first line or opening shot.
- The ad says who it is for, what they get and what to do next, in the first two lines.
- Lead form asks only what you need (name, phone, one qualifying question).
- Someone will reply to every lead within minutes, with a message already written.
- Daily budget set and a date in your calendar to check results after a few days.
- You wrote down what a good cost per lead is for you before the ad starts.

Claude prompts for everyday work
They work in Claude and in most AI chat tools. Fill in the brackets, and check every answer before you use it. More in Claude prompts for work.
Rewrite an email so it sounds confident
You are a clear, polite business writer. Rewrite the email below so it is short, confident and friendly. Keep every fact, remove filler words and apologies, and end with one clear next step. Give me two versions: one formal, one warm. Email: [paste your email]
Turn messy notes into a plan
Here are my rough notes from a meeting. Turn them into: 1) a three-line summary, 2) a list of tasks with an owner and a due date where the notes mention one, 3) open questions. Do not invent anything that is not in the notes. If something is unclear, list it under open questions. Notes: [paste notes]
Ad copy ideas from a real offer
I sell [product/service] to [customer] in [city]. Their biggest worry is [worry]. Write 5 short Meta ad openings (first line only, under 15 words), each using a different angle: problem, question, number, story, myth. Avoid hype words and do not promise results.
Check a page for SEO basics
Act as an SEO editor. For the page text below, tell me: the search query it should target, whether the first two lines answer it, a title under 60 characters, a meta description of 140–160 characters, three questions people also ask that the page should answer, and anything that sounds like an unproven claim. Page text: [paste text]
